You access the apartment along a hidden, cobbled alleyway, only minutes from the historic Landgate of Rye.

Climb the stairs to your private entrance and decked terrace, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

You enter straight into a large, bright open plan living area, with a dining space, fully equipped kitchen and comfy seating.

Narrow stairs (one foot at a time) lead down to the bedroom and ensuite.

There is no parking at Studio 22
There are parking meters outside and parking is free after 6pm - 8am
Plenty of car parks within Rye and the Market car park is only £2 a day
Must be able to climb stairs as the approach to the apartment involves several
Jack n Jill Stairs steep and narrow down to the bedroom & bathroom
There is no window in the bedroom but there is a small one in the attached ensuite

    Good location for the town.....pubs and eating out. Few minutes walk from railway station. Lovely, genuine people holding the keys. Very quiet secluded area, even the neighbours were pleasant. Stairs to the bedroom, a bit of an adventure at first but after a day or so no problem.

    **Querky but superbly kitted out and immaculately clean**The apartment has everything you need; the only downside is that is situated behind buildings and so access is only on foot and you have to park in nearest car park for both unloading and parking during your stay ( £5 per 24 hours which was fine) Apparently there is free parking further away from the unit **Response to review** There is metered parking almost outside the property for £0.80 for 2 hours and free after 6pm - 8am. The Market car park a 5 minute walk is £2 all day.

    Great Location It's well equipped and comfortable, has a great shower and it's location is superb right in the centre of Rye but away from traffic noise. The wi fi was very patchy in the living room. The property would not suit anyone not nimble on their feet, as the stairs between the living and bed room are narrow cutaway space saving steps, and you access the property via two sets of wooden steps.

    Quirky little flat in easy reach of town, as described you do need to be mobile for all the stairs outside and inside! Bedroom is downstairs and no natural light, so bear that in mind too. Sitting room light and airy. A relaxing few days. thanks 🙂
