This is a wonderful cottage set in a beautiful part of the country. It has all that is needed for a comfortable stay, including a superb size garden where our daughter enjoyed the trampoline. “Thanks so much for the clear communication and the seamless experience. We really enjoyed our stay.”

Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The cottage is well equipped and we were very comfortable. We may well be back one day.

Fantastic cottage in a great location for Rye and Hastings (both well worth a visit). It was clean, warm, the new bathroom upstairs was nice and had all the amenities you could require. The pub just down the road is ok (Royal Oak) and great location for driving out (you need a car - there is not much locally).

**Lovely Cottage** We all had an excellent week in Rose mullion cottage, excellently situated between Hastings and Rye, and within walking distance of 'The local' . All the facilities we needed for a week away, and a great coffee machine so I could sit out and enjoy the sunshine in the ample garden in the morning.

We loved the cottage very much and would be happy to give it a 5 . Our main concern from past holidays has been the cleanliness and we have had to complain but we found this time very acceptable. My grandson loved the trampoline but sadly only used it twice due to the weather . The venue was good for us as a few minus in the car to the beach where we have spent previous happy times before. Rye is in good distance too and worth visiting any time My memories of Pett were not disappointing , really love the area after being born in Hastings in 1940 . I remembered it well .The Two Sawyers pub is a bonus only a short distance from the cottage. We do hope to return again to your lovely Rose Mullion cottage, sending best wishes to you for the future

Very comfortable stay for our friend’s wedding locally. Amazing and clear communication. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, all down to clear and timely communication from Jacqui, Steve and the team at Rye & Beyond Cottages. We are a couple and a dog so the set-up worked perfectly, but we understand some of the thoughts around having to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. The garden is completely enclosed, and this was exactly what we needed for our little pooch. And Pett is great. 2 great pubs and a butchers within walking distance, loads of walks from the doorstep and lots of friendly people. It was a great location for us to explore the surrounding area from too. East Sussex has 3 new fans, and we’ll be sure to look up Rose Mullion Cottage next time we are booking anything.

English translation We have enjoyed our stay. In addition to this beautiful cottage, which met all of our needs, the surrounding area also impressed with hiking opportunities, good restaurants and excursion destinations. We can easily imagine further stays there.

Cottage as described and suited our needs. Nice pubs nearby and not far to the beach. We had a lovely stay
