Happy New Year, we can’t believe we are already the second week in, how did that happen?
It is always nice to look ahead and make plans. It’s great to see in the news that more people have taken up walking and many are walking the coastal paths. A wonderful way to keep fit but a super way to enjoy some of the stunning coastlines that we are lucky enough to be blessed within the UK. We do not usually make new years resolutions but this year, we aim to walk on our beaches as often as possible and take time out for some quality me-time, so important today with our modern living.
In our little corner of the South East, we have fantastic nature reserves and it is a fabulous way to get the whole family involved and the family dog too.
