L'appartamento è piuttosto piccolo ed essenziale come suggeriscono le foto, ma è un buon posto dove stare, soprattutto per un fine settimana. Jacqui è stata incredibilmente comunicativa e anche se non ho avuto problemi, ho sentito che sarebbe stata molto attenta in tal caso. Il check-in/out è stato molto semplice. La stessa Rye è una città molto bella, con deliziosi caffè e pub e vicino al mare.

WatersideUna proprietà così incantevole con tocchi premurosi (inclusi regali e biglietti per il compleanno di mamma dopo che avevo detto che è per questo che eravamo lì). Letti comodi, tranquilli, accoglienti, ben arredati, semplicemente perfetti. Anche la segale è fantastica! Penso che potremmo semplicemente tornare.

Crown CottageUn caloroso benvenuto da Maria e una casa molto pulita e tranquilla con un giardino molto carino con pecore, conigli e campanule.... Anche i villaggi intorno alla casa sono molto belli da visitare con molte attività per una famiglia con bambini, castelli, spiagge... Sarò molto lieto di tornarci!

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, at our dog-friendly properties, which say so on their property page. Most accept one well-behaved dog, for £25 per dog per stay. Dogs must be up to date with flea, worming and vaccinations, kept off beds and furniture and out of bedrooms, and never left alone in the property. Assistance dogs are always welcome at no charge. We can't accept any other pets.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is needed when you book. There is a non-refundable £20 booking fee, plus VAT. The balance is due 30 days before you arrive, or straight away if you book less than 30 days before. If you book direct on our website, you don't pay a security deposit up front. We may pre-authorise your card and only charge it if there's damage.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and check-out times vary by property. We'll send you the times for your stay in your booking confirmation and arrival information. If you stay past check-out without arranging it with us first, there's a charge.
Something's gone wrong at the property. Who do I call?
Call your property's emergency contact first. Their details are in the welcome booklet at the property and in the arrival information we emailed before your stay. In a life-threatening emergency or a fire, call 999 first. If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open 9:00am to 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It's closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. If you're staying with us and something goes wrong outside these hours, call your property's emergency contact.
