Neap Tide

Neap Tide is a contemporary family and dog-friendly holiday cottage in the heart of Rye, close to the River Brede.

The property is a spacious family holiday home for six guests and one well-behaved dog in the heart of pretty Rye.

You enter straight into the open plan living space, with space to hang coats, bags and store shoes. The living area has been furnished to a high spec, with custom made sofa, large Smart TV with streaming facilities, funky art pieces and arty lighting, a good space for all the family whatever the age to relax. There is a selection of board games and books to entertain on autumn evenings or lazy weekends.

The galley style kitchen is well equipped with all your modern needs and has space for the family dog to chill or children to relax while you prepare dinner. There is a separate utility room with a fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer and a separate downstairs cloakroom. A door leads out into the fully enclosed garden with decking and outside dining furniture and rear access if required after a wet dog walk.

From the open plan living, stairs lead up to the first floor double bedroom with ensuite shower and views towards the town and river. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with a bath/shower combo, WC & wash basin and electric shaver point.

Stairs lead up to the two further bedrooms, one double and one twin bunk room for children. Both bedrooms have views to the front and back. Care is required on the stairs up and down from these bedrooms as they are steep and narrow.

Neap Tide is the perfect family holiday cottage whether you want a long weekend or a full week away exploring, the location is a great base.

We allow one well behaved dog for a small additional fee, rules and conditions apply, so please check before booking. River walks and 1066 footpaths are on your doorstep, with plenty of walking opportunities to keep your doggie friends happy too.

There is no parking available unless you can park directly outside in one of the free spaces available. There are four car parks all within 5 minutes or less of the property.
