If new lockdowns or travel bans occur or you have covid, whenever and however you booked with us, we would refund any payment made, less our £20 booking fee.
If there is a lockdown we would refund automatically. If cancellation is due to a covid infection, please email us some kind of proof.
You book under the following conditions:
You do not pay a deposit when you book online, just £20 booking fee. You can cancel free of charge or we can amend your dates up until 30 days before arrival. You will pay the full amount 30 days before arrival which would then not be refundable unless there is a travel ban or lockdown or you have covid
We do ask that if you have to cancel, to let us know as soon as possible so the property has a chance of re-booking. We do our best to be fair to our guests and property owners.
The reassurance we are guest-ready and are following all the UK hospitality guidelines to make your stay safe. All our properties are being cleaned to a high standard following all the necessary precautions between guests.
It is always recommended that guests take out holiday insurance including covid risks, as an extra precaution
