To help you book without risk during the Covid-19 situation, we are offering you a simple, risk free cancellation policy for bookings made in the next few months, for dates in 2020 but not including Christmas and New year. You do not need to pay a deposit. You can cancel free of charge or we can amend your dates up until 7 days before arrival. You will pay the full amount 7 days before arrival which would then not be refundable. Contact us before booking so that we can apply this policy for you. The policy does not apply to bookings made for 2021

If you have already booked without our covid-19 policy, we will not take any more payments due until 14 days before arrival, so there is plenty of time to review the situation. If you have paid a deposit we can amend your dates or issue a credit voucher for a future booking. We are trying to be fair to our guests and property owners.

If you require accommodation because you are a key-worker and have permission to travel and can provide proof of work, please get in touch, as some of our holiday properties are available to you despite the calendar showing closed.

Reassurance we are guest ready and are following all the UK hospitality guidelines to make your stay safe. All our properties are being cleaned to a very high standard following all the necessary precautions between guests and post guests. Where possible we are not allowing same day changeovers and unfortunately at the moment we cannot allow any early check ins or late check outs.
