To help you book without risk during the Covid-19 situation, we are offering you a simple, risk free cancellation policy for bookings made in the next few months, for dates in 2020 but not including Christmas and New year. You do not need to pay a deposit. You can cancel free of charge or we can amend your dates up until 7 days before arrival. You will pay the full amount 7 days before arrival which would then not be refundable. Contact us before booking so that we can apply this policy for you.

If you have already booked, we will not take any more payments due until 7 days before arrival, so there is plenty of time to review the situation. If you have paid a deposit we can amend your dates or issue a credit voucher for a future booking. We are trying to be fair to our guests and property owners.

If you require accommodation because you are a key-worker and have permission to travel and can provide proof of work, please get in touch, as some of our holiday properties are available to you despite the calendar showing closed.
